The Group will not use personal information acquired in accordance with the provisions of 2. Acquisition of personal information above for any improper purposes.

3) Security measures for personal information

The Group will implement appropriate security measures. In addition, the Group will implement personnel-related security measures, such as providing training on protection of personal information, for executives and employees who handle personal information. Moreover, when handling personal information overseas, the Group will comply with the relevant country's laws and ordinances on the protection of personal information and implement security measures.
