OSADA's development capabilities: Turning a customer's vision into reality

With the vision of "helping people who have trouble receiving dental care," OSADA developed the Uniauto R1, a dental unit designed specifically for use with wheelchairs, in 1978.
This spurred our mission to provide an environment where anyone, regardless of age or disability, can receive quality medical care. We have since expanded our product and service lines to serve patients who have difficulty accessing comfortable medical care, such as children and the elderly.

OSADA's technical capabilities: Manufacturing at the NAGOYA FACTORY

What underpins the OSADA Group's technology is the NAGOYA FACTORY, which also serves as a production base.
We create products by turning ideas into reality, honing our cutting-edge processing technologies every day.
For instruments, we handle everything from component machining to assembly, and for dental units, we assemble each unit individually, via cellular manufacturing, in accordance with customer specifications.
